French Montana has passed on seasonal goodwill shown by his boss P Diddy after he received a $1 million bonus.
The rapper who is signed to P Diddy’ Bad Boy Records label was given an incredible gift as a reward for a year of hard work, however, rather than keep the amazing present, he decided to donate it to those in need as he chose to support those in need over Christmas rather than keep the money for himself.
TMZ claim that the star has chosen to donate the money to a charity in the Bronx where he started to aid schools and young children as he looks to help those who need it most.
Tonya Lewis Taylor, of the ‘I Will Graduate programme,’ took to Facebook just before Christmas to write about French Montana’s generosity as he donated 100 pairs of Reebok trainers to the cause.
“Christmas came early for the student in my program, thanks to French Montana THANK YOU French for being a man of your word! (sic)”
Meanwhile, P Diddy had an emotional Christmas after previously admitting that Downton Abbey made him cry – and he had a crush on Lady Sybil.
Speaking about his love for the character and her death in 2012, he said: “When she died it was devastating to me.
“I was angry and wrote to the creators saying it was uncalled for and stressful. Then when Matthew Crawley died it was straight tears in my house.
“His plight as an outsider coming in, being hit with a fortune and having to figure it out, reminded me of myself.
“I love the British. But I’m not happy the show is ending. We have to do something about it.”
